Non-Vented ABS Shell — Class E Rated

The lightweight ABS full brim shell provides 360-degree protection from sun, rain, and falling debris. The non-vented design creates a sealed barrier that meets ANSI Z89.1 Type 2, Class E electrical hazard requirements — making it the right choice for electricians, utility workers, and anyone working around live electrical systems where a vented shell would compromise protection.

LUX Retention System & Oversized Ratchet Dial

The LUX Retention System with an oversized ratcheting fitment dial delivers a secure, precise fit adjustable with or without gloves. The exclusive Brim Grip design keeps the helmet stable during dynamic movement, and Dryline™ comfort pads with a plush brow pad manage sweat and moisture throughout the shift.

Microfiber Antimicrobial Interior Liner

The microfiber antimicrobial interior liner is moisture-wicking, washable, and replaceable — keeping the helmet comfortable and hygienic over its full service life without requiring replacement of the entire shell.

twiceme® Smart Safety Technology

twiceme® is embedded directly in the helmet and works in two directions. Before an incident, it supports prevention by monitoring equipment health and situational awareness. After an incident, it stores critical medical information, emergency contacts, and certifications accessible offline with a smartphone tap — giving first responders immediate access to what they need and giving safety managers real-time visibility into training and gear status.

Integrated Accessory Clips

Six external built-in attachment points provide compatibility with a wide range of LIFT Safety accessories, including Arclite® headlamps, hearing protection, and face shields. The secure four-point connection with easy-release magnetic lock makes accessory attachment and removal fast and reliable.
