Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and locations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. States, Washington D.C. and Alaska.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or internationally.
  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size or weight.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Workwear Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
