Lens Protection Film (LPF) — The Skynet Difference

Developed within the HWV Special Projects Division, the Skynet is a next-generation eyewear platform built around a replaceable Lens Protection Film (LPF) — a durable, optically clear protective film adhered to the lens surface that acts as a sacrificial outer layer significantly more scratch-resistant than the lens itself. When the film gets scratched or abraded, simply remove it. Your lenses underneath are untouched and your glasses are back in action.

Replacement LPF installs easily using the included jig and costs a fraction of lens replacement — getting you back in the field in minutes, not days.

Note: Due to the nature of LPF application, anti-fog coating can only be applied to the inside of the lens.

Z87+ Certified Protection

Every pair meets or exceeds ANSI Z87+ standards right out of the box. Lenses are rated U6:L3 UV400 — blocking 100% of UVA and UVB radiation. The Clear Anti-Fog lens has a VLT of 88% (Category 0), making it ideal for indoor environments, low-light conditions, and any situation where maximum light transmission is needed without sacrificing protection.

Rubberized Hytrel® Fit System

Rubberized Hytrel® (TPC-ET thermoplastic elastomer) touchpoints on the nose and arms provide a comfortable, non-slip fit you can wear all day without adjustment. The frame stays put through physical work, heat, and sweat — exactly when you need it most.
